1. GENERAL

These general terms and conditions apply when you, as a company, order through our website www.alesco.se. An agreement is made between you and Alesco Int. AB, corporate identity number 556604-6305. Detailed contact information and other information about Alesco Int. AB can be found under Contact us. The terms apply only to companies who order through our website. Alesco Int. AB is a limited liability company that owns these activities.

2.ORDER

2.1

You must have a registered Company to order through our website.

2.2

You must accept the terms and conditions for making a purchase on our site. By accepting the terms and conditions, you undertake to comply with them in full and you agree that you have read the information on personal data and consented to the use of personal data and cookies.

2.3

A purchase contract has been made only when we have confirmed your order and you have received an order confirmation from us via e-mail. We encourage you to keep this order confirmation for any contacts with our customer service department.

3. CUSTOMER DATA

When you make an order on our webite you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. Alesco Int. AB is not responsible for any incorrect information. When you order from us we will register you as a customer in our database. If you wish to be deleted, write an email to order@alesco.se

4. PRICES, FEES AND PAYMENT

The prices on the website apply when you order on our website. All prices are shown in euros excluding VAT. The VAT will be added to your invoice in the checkout area. Prices do not necessarily include payment and shipping costs, which might be given separately. Payment terms: Invoice.

5. DELIVERY AND TRANSPORTATION

Products that are in stock are usually delivered within 7 working days after payment. 

6. CANCELLATION & RETURNPOLICY

6.1 

Purchase of products on our website is always subject to a 30-day right of return.
The cancellation right does not apply to the following types of products: (a) Products with broken packaging. If a product has been sealed, you must not break the seal if you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal ceases when you break the seal b) Products that have been used.

6.2

If you want to cancel a purchase, you must send us a clear message by email before the end of the withdrawal period. You must enter your personal number, name, address and other relevant information, such as order number, invoice number and product name in the message.

6.3

When you exercise your right to cancel, you pay return transport and are responsible for the condition of the product after you have received it, up to and including the return transport. The product must be returned within 30 days after the notice has been sent to us. The product must be shipped well packed, in excellent condition and in the original packaging.  The transport to you as a customer is at our risk, that is, we are responsible for any damage to the product between our warehouse and your premises. You are responsible for this if you return a product. Make sure you include enough information when returning or replacing a product to facilitate our processing. Enter your name, social security number and telephone number and the order number on the return.

6.4

When you cancel your purchase, we will refund the amount you paid for the product but not the shipping costs.
We will refund the amount as soon as possible and within 30 days from the date we received the product.

7. WARRANTY AND DEVIATION NOTICE 

7.1 

The warranty for products covers only original manufacturing defects and not defects that arise in connection with or after changing the product’s function and appearance, eg. remodeling, upgrading or other configuration of the product. Your order confirmation is your guarantee certificate. 

7.2

Your right to disclose non-conformity includes products that are defective in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. Customers who want to make sure of faults in ordered products must contact us as soon as possible after the defect has been discovered via the warranty form on the website. You can find it here: https://www.alesco.se/service/ Notices of non-conformity given within two months from the time you discovered the defect are always considered to have been filed on time. You have a two-year right to disclose deviations for products purchased on the website. You should always notify us of any deviation as soon as possible to make sure you do not lose your rights. We always pay return when notifications of deviations are accepted.

Disputes regarding the construction or application of these terms and conditions must be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law and settled by the General Complaints Board or finally by a public court. These terms where set by us on June 29, 2020
